We offer great, competitive rates for routine maintenance on your website.
We can help you with bug fixes, software updates, text alterations, addition or removal of pages and any number of other maintenance tasks on your website.
The following gives you some idea of how long your project might take. While we usually complete projects well within these times, we offer no guarantee that we will be able to do so. We’re a small, family business and do, occasionally, take some time off!
If you have some work that needs completed by a specific date or time, please let us know and we will endeavour to complete it by the requested deadline.
Less than 1 hour of design work
Should you request an update to your website that will take us less than 1 hour to complete, we will normally complete the work within 2 working days.
1-3 hours of design work
Should you request an update to your website that will take us between 1 and 3 hours to complete, we will normally complete the work within 5 working days.
Up to 1 day of design work
Should you request an update to your website that will take us up to a full working day to complete, we will normally complete the work within 10 working days.
Larger jobs
For larger, more complex projects, we’ll give you an estimate of how long it might take.
Scheduled maintenance is carried out at a rate of £20 per hour or part hour.
Emergency repairs
We appreciate that when your website goes wrong it can, at the very least, be frustrating. It can also be damaging to your business.
Should you need us to start work immediately on your problem and complete the work as quickly as possible, we normally charge £30 per hour or part hour for the work.
Should you require us to work over a weekend, or outside our normal working hours (which are Monday – Friday, 10am – 5pm) we normally charge £40 per hour or part hour.
Urgent, emergency and out of hours work will only be accepted at our discretion. As mentioned above, we’re a small, family business and do have occasional breaks!
Maintenance plan
Just like apps on your phone, websites require regular updates to protect against new security threats, improve performance and to add functionality. From less than £1 per day (Bronze plan, paying annually) we can help to keep your website running in tip-top condition.
You have the option of paying monthly or annually and, with the annual plans, you'll get 2 months free.
Our website maintenance plans can include the following services:
Website updates
We will install minor updates and patches to your CMS website (WordPress, Joomla etc). This includes both core updates and plugin updates.
Uptime monitoring
We'll monitor your website 24/7 to make sure that it's available for your customers and we'll receive instant notification if it goes offline for any length of time.
Free design time
Some plans include website support (normally worth at least £20/hour). This can be for fixes, content updates etc. and will even roll over for up to one month if you don't use it!
Website backup
With the gold plan, we'll make regular backups of your website so that, in the event of it becoming hacked or broken, it can be quickly and easily recovered.
